My first post-Brasil entry. I have been back in Utah for 18 days though it seems like months. I would describe being back as melancholy...I probably watch the video I made of the exchange everyday just to reminisce. School's marginal utility is slowly diminishing for me, though I really enjoy my Portuguese business class and my Finance class (it is taught by a very sharp professor who used to teach at Harvard). I now wonder what my next adventure will be.
I have decided to invest in snow sports. Today Dan and I went snow shoeing up to Donut Falls with two girls, Maue and Miriam, and we had a lot of fun. We will probably also go snowboarding on Saturday. Thanks to William for lending me his board and maybe his boots. While tropical life more naturally suits me, I have decided that there is fun to be had in a snowy climate, hence snow sports. I think it beats moping over the weather and waiting for summer. So, here's to enjoying the snow, which today, I very much did.
-if you did not see my video of the trip, you can access it on my Facebook page.
